Modules

Airbnb first.

The first sold vertical is a custom Airbnb module: Ops OS and Pricing Pro. Built to pull decision load off an operator’s head — not to replace the people who run the day.

Airbnb custom module

Ops OS

The operating system for the house.

Check-in, turnover, guest comms, exceptions — the things that only live in your head at 11 p.m. Ops OS puts those decisions in one place so the operator is not the glue.

Pricing Pro

Pricing without living in the spreadsheet.

Rules you can speak. Guardrails you do not re-derive every Thursday. Still your property, still your call — the module holds the load.

Daniel builds the system. He does not become your day-to-day ops staff. Cleaners, co-hosts, and on-the-ground people stay yours. The module exists so those people — and you — are not inventing the process from memory.

What comes next

More modules, when they’re ready.

Work, life, and household ops will get their own modules. They ship when they can take real decision load off someone — not because a homepage needed icons.

No waitlist theater. If you have a vertical that is already costing you decisions, say so on the apply form.

What you will not find here

  • User counts, ARR, or funding lines. This is a practice, not a metrics slide.
  • A claim that software replaces the people who do the work.
  • A promise that every industry is “coming soon.”
