A key is a long password one of these companies gives you so an app can use your account with them. If you add one, they bill you directly, usually a few dollars a month for typical use. You do not need one: Included Grok is already on.

Included Grok is on. Saving a key switches this seat to your account; Forget key returns it to Included compute. A saved key stays on this device and is sent only to the company above, never to On Easy. Shared with your Desk in this browser. Want your own key later? Lesson 12, API keys, walks you through it. The Coach needs no key either way.

On included compute, On Easy covers the tokens up to the monthly cap. With your own key, your provider bills that key. Bigger files mean more tokens per message.

Which interface handles which kind of work. Each bot names its kind of work; the row here decides who answers. Leave the second box blank to use what you picked above for that interface. The Coach and the HUD run here, on no key. A row with no key of its own uses included compute.

On this Mac, open System Settings → Privacy & Security. Turn On Easy on for Accessibility, then Screen Recording. That is enough to look around the Desktop and the On Easy folder.

This is macOS System Settings. It is not the browser page for Location, Camera, or Microphone, and it is not Chrome app settings.

This does not flip those switches. Looking around the Desktop and the On Easy folder needs Accessibility and Screen Recording on the Mac mini.
